This cute Tanzu is pine and elm, with simple iron bail handles...rustic country style.   Japanese Tanzu, the ancient form of suitcase and mobile furniture.  Today, use them anywhere.  A bedside, a bathroom cabinet, beside your favourite arm armchair, in the craft room, hallway.  ETC!  Super versatile and fun furniture to own.   In good condition and has the added feature of the wee sliding door cavity.  Circa 1920.
