A wonderful thought for the well to do Victorian invalid...represented in this folding, mahogany leg stool from London maker Levesons & Sons. Multiple stool positions and angles for leg problems achieved by using the pivoting struts. From supine to high fowlers positions. Well re-upholstered in a pretty, acorn patterned, lemony silk damask. Generous area for sore legs (and small furry babies) to rest on. Not really a sitting stool, unless you are a small fur baby. Historic repairs, so priced accordingly. Circa 1870.
Dimensions: 625 Long, 480 Deep, 280 High in folded down supine position, 600 Highest supine position
