Kauri Pedestal Desk

Pappa Laird has done a beautiful resto job with this sweetie-pie of a mottled kauri, pedestal desk excellent condition.  Roasted nut hues in the fabulous mottling grains, nickel handles, upon castors.  My twirly chair won't quite completely tuck into kneehole, but it's close.   Use as an occasional desk or a sofa table perhaps.  Circa 1885.
