MMM, she was a bit sad on arrival; but this kauri kitchen table responded exceptionally well to some stripping, scrubbing and waxing. Now a waxed top with slightly darker turned legs and on castors, seats six. Quite lightweight due to plank top being 20mm thick, commensurate, structurally sound hairline splits on two legs, also one wooden block slightly narrower than the others. Usual patina of 140years. Circa 1890.
