WE love a bit of shabby here, we can only imagine the patina making stories that match it. This pretty Victorian gilded mantle mirror, has an ostrich feather shaped crest, deep gilded frame, foxed mirror would look gorgeous in a hallway, above a mantle piece, in the bathroom or just sitting astride aa sideboard reflecting light... looking delightful. Faults: historic repairs to the plaster covered wood frame here and there (see pics), and overall a bit foxed in the mirror. Circa 1890.
