An Austrian steamed, bentwood beech carver chair (a sniff of old bug about six holes). Caned bum spot, fanned back in walnut, with bentwood leg structure. Personally, I reckon it makes for a great "toss the clothing on the goal" chair, rather than an everyday sitting chair, as it loves to give a little squeak when you sit on it (structurally sound though!), and it has a cane seat. Golden caramel colour. Circa 1930.
