Deco float bowl

Art deco delight in a perfect Czechoslovakian splayed glass float bowl.   Frosted penguin centrepiece, a ringed float frog all set in a pressed glass bowl decorated with deco petal arches and ribbons; aerial view is like a blooming flower.  Looks great with and without flora.  Could be a wonderful lolly bowl on a grazing table plate as well.  Colourless except the frosting.  A wonderful pressie idea for the glass lover or flowery peps.  Circa 1920.
