Campaign Apothecary Box

Aha, what lies within?  For all you medical and pharmaceutical folks, here is an amazing find.  It's a field campaign mahogany apothecary box.  Looks unremarkable on the exterior... just a patinaed, ancient mahogany handheld box.  But open her up, and she is crimson velvet lined with bottle and vial compartments.  There's a secret back compartment for the heavy stuff (laudanum etc...)   This box is rarity in little gorgeous items, moreover a wonderful auspicious present.  Pretty good condition, with obvious worn bits, scrapes, and some slider losses, and sorry... no bottles or vials.  Doesn't lock.  Circa 1870.
