How would you be in 175 years? I think this rustic mid-nineteenth century chestnut carver chair is doing wonderfully for being nearly two hundred years old. French with rough roan stain, patina worn arms. Stretchers and structurally sound. A newer popout rush seat makes for a comfy sit. Some old bug holes in two legs as per pix, priced accordingly. Circa 1850.
