A nifty, two door, locking, burr walnut pier cabinet. Luscious swirls of gently faded, caramel coloured burr, ormolu details, and a newer interior of gunmetal velvet. This little cabinet is a handy store-all. Books, treasures, stemware. Nicely narrow gauge for a smaller house such as apartment or retirement unit; sneak her into the hallway, or under a window. Some commensurate wear with marks along the foot plinth, small losses of veneer on top, and one newer pane of glass. Circa 1890.
