Baluch Tribal Runner

This beautiful Baluch Runner hails from the tribal lands on the borders of Iran/Afghanistan/Pakistan. Twin rows of lattice lozenges run through the carpet with a fat red border of Gha'nats. Wool on wool, predominantly red/black and salmon colours, and thick nap. Colours and patterns compliment most palettes and styles. Neat as an entranceway welcome, or end-oh-bed, or one of your hall runners. Great condition, easy vaccum, and good at hiding dirt. Circa 1970.
